Driving Directions
From Downtown Los Angeles (approx. 20 minutes): Take I-10 East toward San Bernardino. Exit at Walnut Grove Ave and head south. Turn left onto Valley Blvd and continue east for approximately 1 mile. HLHR Rehab will be on your right at 8632 Valley Blvd.
From Pasadena (approx. 15 minutes): Take CA-110 South to I-210 West, then merge onto I-710 South. Exit at Valley Blvd and head east through Alhambra into Rosemead. Our facility is located at 8632 Valley Blvd on the south side of the street.
From the I-605 Freeway: Exit at Valley Blvd and head west. Travel approximately 1.5 miles. HLHR Rehab is on the left at 8632 Valley Blvd, Rosemead, CA 91770.
Public Transit: Metro Bus Line 76 runs along Valley Boulevard with stops near our facility. The nearest Metro Gold Line station is at the Arcadia stop, approximately 10 minutes by rideshare.
